Karen became a real estate agent in 2006, and rapidly became one of the leading agents in Greater Wilmington. She is widely known and well-respected for her work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to her clients. Karen specializes in relocation, first-time home buyers, and retirees throughout Southeastern North Carolina. Growing up in a military family, Karen rarely lived anywhere more than a few years and has a special affinity for clients relocating to our area. She met her husband Tracy at the Azalea Festival in downtown Wilmington, and today, she and Tracy share their Brunswick Forest home with their two dogs Sassy and Ace. When not working, Karen enjoys her daily workout and the many amenities Brunswick Forest has to offer. She and Tracy also enjoy traveling, getting together with friends, and exploring the constant flow of new restaurants in the booming Wilmington area.
