Born in Miami, Florida, 1955, I grew up on the water. I graduated from Florida State University, 1980, where I studied music, theater, creative writing and real estate. During my professional career, I worked for insurance companies and major banks specializing in investments, tax planning, estate planning, trust planning and mortgages. I have a vast knowledge of how most financial markets work which allows me to help my clients with their real estate needs. One of my passions in life has been real estate investing. My father, who started Real Estate Data Inc (REDI), was responsible for computerizing the real estate industry, and, was my mentor. You could say real estate is in my blood. The old saying, to truly enjoy life that you should do what you love, well, I love working with real estate. I have been buying and selling real estate as an investor for over 40 years. Over the past twenty years, with my wife and business partner Constance, we have created residential developments in Florida and New Mexico, worked with foreclosures, and rehabbed homes for resale. Few people can mine real estate gold like Constance. We have a blended family of five children, and so far, six grandchildren. When we’re not out running around the area looking for the next great real estate investment, we’re busy running Camp Grandma and Grandpa.
