In Real Estate since 1977 first in KS and then AZ. In KS, I was active with the local Board of Realtors, serving as President in 1985. Moved to AZ and sold new homes for Continental/DRHorton, selling over 2000 homes during that time. Co-developed/owned The Hyland Bay Co, new home sales training/consulting for several years.
