Tina - Real Estate Agent
Business Philosophy
My clients’ needs come first. Whether buying their first home or selling their family home of 30 years, clients bring their own set of hopes and dreams to the table with every transaction. As a former IT Director on Wall Street, I have over 15 years of business analysis experience and specialize in working closely with clients to identify, understand, and prioritize their needs against time and budget considerations. Drawing upon nearly two decades of project management experience, I work with a team (from mortgage broker, home inspectors, attorneys, and more) to ensure my clients as seamless an experience as possible. Unwavering dedication to my clients, tenacious negotiating skills, and keen attention to detail have been hallmarks of my career.
I integrate marketing into social media to achieve the best possible results. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and my website, www.tinabrowningrealestate.com, are just some of the different channels that I use to market and network on behalf of my clients.

Personal Background
A second generation REALTOR, my passion for real estate spans two decades. I served on the board of my condo association and worked closely with property management and contractors to identify and resolve issues. Upon moving from Hoboken to Cranford, I designed and managed a major renovation project on our home, working closely with our general contractor, and suppliers. This results in a large network of resources that benefits my clients.
A former Hoboken resident, I have firsthand experience navigating the transition from urban to suburban life. Currently raising my two young children in Cranford with my husband, I intuitively understand the needs of young families planting new roots in the suburbs. My blog and Facebook page “Boroughs to Burbs”, offers tips and local resources to those making the move from urban to suburban life, and provides my own perspective as someone who navigated the same transition.
Raised in nearby Colonia and a current Cranford resident, I have extensive knowledge of Cranford, Westfield, Clark and surrounding communities. As a proud mom of two young children, I have extensive knowledge of area preschools, public and private schools, and local recreational activities.
