Susan Sharnas became a licensed Colorado Broker Associate and member of the Colorado (CAR) and National Associations of Realtors (NAR) in 1995. Her development into a top mountain-area Realtor progressed when she joined the Conifer/Evergreen Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 1998.
She believes in life-long learning and self-improvement and possesses the following designations: (CMAS)-Certified Mountain Area Specialist, (CPS)- Certified Previews Specialist, (GRI)-Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, (CRS)-Certified Residential Specialist, and (SRS)-Senior Residential Specialist. She has tenure with (MMAR)-Mountain Metro Association of Realtors, serving twice on the Board of Directors and chairing numerous committees. Susan was honored as Realtor of the Year in 2007-08 by her colleagues and peers. Currently Susan is a Board Member for the Mountain Resource Center based in Conifer.
Since 1984, Susan has called Colorado home. She has watched it grow and develop into a mecca for work, recreation and a balanced life. Living in the mountain community since 1990, she prides herself on being a true "mountain woman." Susan enjoys the outdoors, is an avid hiker, skier and fair-weather gardener along with treks to the city for theater, sporting events and concerts on the rocks. It's exhilarating for her to share Colorado with her customers, family and friends.
Tyler Westcott is a US Marine Veteran and Residential Real Estate Broker in Conifer, CO and services the surrounding mountain communities as well as the Denver metro area. He enjoys being a trusted adviser, agent, and negotiator for his clients. As a Realtor, he has guided his clients through all types of real estate transactions.
Tyler has a Bachelor of Science in Advertising with a Minor in Geology from the University of Colorado. He served 8 years in the US Marine Corps, developing strong leadership traits and a can-do attitude. He enjoys life with his awesome wife, and their two amazing children.
He is also a member of the South Metro Denver Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has earned additional Real Estate designations as a Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS) and Military Relocation professional (MRP) and is working towards his Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).
