Tia Sewell-Crumpler is a Delaware Native who has lived in Florida and Alabama over the last fifteen years. She moved back to Delaware at the end of 2020 to be closer to family during the Pandemic. Tia received her B.S. in Accounting from Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL and her MBA from Wilmington University in Wilmington, DE. She also holds several insurance designations which demonstrate her commitment to continuous development. Tia has 25 years of work experience in the Insurance industry. During her career, she gained valuable experience in Sales, Fire Claims, Liability Claims and Leadership. She has a proven record of achieving results, negotiating settlements, building relationships as well as being a team player. Tia’s desire and passion for real estate began early. She purchased her first home in her twenties and later turned it into a rental property. When her mother left corporate America more than 20 years ago to become a real estate agent, Tia began dreaming about the possibilities of joining her on her adventure. It took some time; however, she was committed to follow in her mother’s footsteps as a real estate agent. Her passion for helping others achieve their goals has afforded Tia the skills to serve residents in their home buying and selling needs.
