Tricia McIntyre was the Founder, President and Employing Broker for The Aspen Agency Inc. and Aspen Luxury Vacation Rentals for over 15 years. She was responsible for the management of the company and over 150 million in her portfolio of assets, collaborating with owners, and running the daily operations. After two decades of experience in luxury real estate, with over 5,000 contracts signed with the most discerning clients in the world, she has decided to focus on Real Estate Sales. Prior to her time at The Aspen Agency, she worked in asset-based lending, hospitality management, vacation rentals, leasing and accounting. She also owned a custom home construction company with her husband which included remodeling and luxury concierge services.
Before her career in real estate, Tricia gained invaluable experiences working in banking and finance in one of Boston’s largest banks. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder where she received her B.A. in International Affairs, Economics and French, her many visits to Aspen on the weekends made her want to make Aspen home. Tricia is dedicated to her community and sits on local Advisory Boards and Committees concerning the community and the Real Estate industry in Aspen. Tricia knows everything there is to know about Aspen and especially where to find it. Tricia lives in Aspen with her husband and two boys. You can find her with her family skiing, riding bikes, hiking or walking her dog Sadie throughout this amazing valley.
