I have been in the real estate business since graduating from college in 1971. I develop residential subdivisions and am a partner in a construction company. I build from entry level to custom homes. I specialize in Cottage and Arts and Crafts Style homes and especially enjoy the design phase of construction. I have 2 sons that have both graduated from College, in the film industry, and luckily have no desires to live at home. My wife is a retired RN.
