I started my career after graduation from John Carrol University in University Heights (Cleveland) Ohio, working as a sales representative for twenty years with a Sheet-Fed Offset Printer with 6 Color presses in Chicago. Several of my clients were large corporations and big financial institutions: consulting, managing, and delivering on their need for important product and services brochures; and financial documents such as quarterly and annual reports mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. I spent the next twenty years as a salesperson and technology consultant for lead generation and lead management web site solutions with integrated Search Engine Marketing services for Real Estate Brokers and their Sales Associates; along with conducting seminars for executing with these solutions at Realtor Boards across the Southeast section of the country. I engaged in web site software development along with defining and implementing tactics for Paid Search and SEO marketing to deliver web site visibility with internet search. Along with a few of my colleagues ; I contributed to the development and industry standard for Virtual Office Web Site solutions for Real Estate Brokers; that influenced the timeliness for the National Association of Realtors to establish the requirements for Realtor Boards to mandate and regulate the requirements of IDX services for their memberships. At present, I have acquired my Real Estate license in the state of Florida, and have joined my wife, a RE/MAX Associate of 30 years, serving the real estate needs for those buying and selling property in Southwest Florida.
