I grew up in Fresno and returned after for college. Upon my return my wife and I started our own small business of running care homes for the elderly and the developmentally delayed. 15 years later we have decided to transition out of this industry. We realize elder care and real estate overlap in many ways. From property acquisition to rules and regulations and finance, etc., both share many similarities. This is the experience I bring to our clients. As a care home owner I have seen the need for transitional services for clients as they get older. On the investment side most real estate agents have little to no knowledge of the care home industry.
