Hi, I'm Steve Dedear, a native Austinite with over 30 years of experience in the local real estate market. My journey began at the University of Texas at Austin, where I developed a passion for entrepreneurship and serving others. This passion has guided me through successful ventures in wholesale and retail sportswear, a Med Spa, and ultimately, real estate.

My real estate career started in my early 20s with investment condos in Austin's West Campus area. This experience ignited my love for finding 'the deal' and led me to specialize in residential, luxury waterfront, and investment properties around Lake Travis, Lakeway, Lake South, and Bee Cave. I know these areas inside out and love helping clients find or sell their perfect property.
