Stephanie grew up in the Bay Area and later graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. Her real estate career began 20+ years ago after purchasing her first investment property in the Bay Area. She acted as a sales representative for U.C. Berkeley Foundation's real estate gift acquisition program and managed all foundation-owned life estate properties. She received three awards from U.C.
