Originally from New Orleans, I've lived in many cities growing up and during my advertising photography career. In 1998 I “found” St. Petersburg and I will never leave. I love everything about this city! I've seen our small town turn into a world-class waterfront paradise that people are flocking to for a multitude of reasons… weather, affordability, sports including the Grand Prix, boating, fishing, golf, beaches, amazing restaurants and museums... As a long time boater and sailor, I have a deep and personal knowledge of local luxury waterfront real estate and all of the nuances of boating and owning waterfront property involved. A real love and specialty of mine are the many unique, historic properties located throughout the city. Having owned properties in neighborhoods such as the Old Northeast, Kenwood and others I know which are good values and have developed a keen eye for identifying potential costly repairs to these vintage homes that buyers may wish to avoid. St. Petersburg is also the place to be for the best beaches and golfing. I know our beach, golf and country club communities well. Many such luxury homes are governed by HOAs, each with their unique set of rules and regulations – pet friendly, gated access and other restrictions that must be considered prior to purchase. I met my wife, Marci, in Los Angeles where she was a fashion designer and we started a very successful apparel design and manufacturing company there. After some years, I was able to convince her to relocate permanently to St. Pete. We live in Gulfport now with our daughter, Elodie, and Mr. Waldorf, our Maltese dog. We spend our free time sailing and at Pasadena Yacht & CC. Elodie is learning golf & tennis and enjoys playing lacrosse on a local team.
