Property has honestly always been his passion. Ryan graduated first in his class at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI with a bacheor’s degree in real estate sales and marketing. He began working as a realtor at Coldwell Banker Burnet’s Eden Prairie, MN office in March 2002, and produced $4.5 million in sales volume in his first year. By 2004 Ryan’s sales volume exceeded $10 million and today he is among the top 5% in his marketplace with sales volume over $20 million. Ryan has been successful in his career because he is very Internet savvy and understands the importance of the Internet to home buyers and sellers. He spearheaded the development of an eye-catching, consumer-friendly website, and he conducts a large portion of his business via the web and social media.  His site is ranked nationally by Google, Yahoo, and Bing in the top 5 for keyword phrases relating to his market. Ryan also understands the importance of being knowledgeable about the local housing market and current and future real estate trends.
