Rachael Kurtz is an Arizona native who grew up in the East Valley and has lived there most of her life. After graduating high school from Corona del sol in Tempe in 2003, Rachael went on to college pursuing a career in the medical field, and quickly found that her true passion was innovative business building. After switching directions, she began a 7 year career working with one of the largest general contractors in the nation specializing in financial institutions. Rachael’s position within the corporation evolved quickly as she became an integral piece of this company’s growth and development. Eventually, she found herself as a key player in the foundational development of a startup company specializing in emergency restoration services. Rachael thrives in forward thinking groups, and has a commitment and passion for growth in teams and business development. Rachael currently lives in Queen Creek with her family. She is active with her children’s out of school activities, loves spending time outdoors, crafting, and especially cooking.
