Peg Richardson Grew up in a small farming community in Michigan with parents who farmed and raised quarter horses. Living in rural America instilled in her a love for horses, homegrown vegetables and the value of hard work and the joys of life in the country. Early on Peg was fortunate to have personally experienced several corporate relocations which facilitated her desire to help other families through the transition into a new community. From the beginning of her real estate career Peg became a Top Producer and thoroughly enjoyed working with other families relocating to Houston as she had. Eventually Peg moved to the Chicago area where she became a national Director of Destination (relocation) Services covering a 7 state region. She and her team achieved and maintained a 100% service record. She was eventually recruited to work for a leading edge firm selling web based tools and training real estate agents. Betty Melton A native Texan, grew up in a little farming, German settlement near San Antonio, Texas. She moved to Houston when she married her husband, Randy, a native Houstonian, in the early 1970’s, graduated from the University of Houston and soon after acquired her real estate and Brokers’ licenses. From the beginning she had the ‘touch of sold’ and was consistently a Top Producer. But she never forgot her small town roots. In 2002 she and her husband moved full time to their circa 1880’s farmhouse in Round Top. As time went on Peg realized as much fun as it was to be working WITH the real estate community and traveling through-out the country it would be much more fun to be back working IN the real estate industry. So in 2002 she moved back to her adopted home, Texas and back to life in a small town. Her technology background is invaluable for today’s real estate needs. She is an effective communicator, organized, dependable and ‘techie’. In her spare time she enjoys being with her grandkids, redoing old furniture, decorating and organizing.
