And, having served on the board of her Upper West Side prewar condo for several years, she knows the ins and outs of the sometimes-arcane world of building management and services.
Noni understands what it's like to uproot a family and move. She lived the expatriate life, living in London for five years, testing the happiest living options for a family and dog in and around that city's center. Noni also designed and built a home in the Catskills.

Noni attended Marymount Manhattan College and received her Masters degree from Kings College, London and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Before bringing her talents to real estate, she worked in the theatre and did voice-over work. She has also worked in video production, as an art consultant, and taught drama in New York middle and high schools, public speaking at her alma mater, Marymount Manhattan College, and Irish Theatre at Fordham Lincoln Center.
When, she's not busy selling real estate, Noni can be found going to the theatre in NYC, writing and performing with the Woodstock Fringe Playwrights Unit, or spending time with family and friends.
