Natalia Marin Santa is the best kind of REALTOR to be showing homes in Danville, the Tri-Valley, and any area you desire: she and her husband hand-picked the East Bay for their own home, and she’s been on both sides of the process as a home buyer herself.
Originally from Medellin, Colombia, Natalia is known for an intuitive understanding of her clients’ needs. She finds joy in helping home buyers and sellers accomplish their goals and discover what they are looking for in a home — from purchasing a first house to getting keys after a sale, to going through the entire process start to finish alongside her home buyers and getting them into a home.
Natalia loves that buying and selling houses is always different and inspiring, continually a new experience with unique people, homes, and dreams. She truly believes that a real estate investment is the best purchase you can make in your life, as homeownership means creating your own family and well-being.
Natalia’s passion for real estate started in her early 20s when she came to the U.S. as an au pair and was invited to accompany her host family to open houses on the weekends, leading to a REALTOR apprenticeship and her real estate license. Today, she has a firm understanding of current real estate trends and processes, both maximizing the value of sellers’ homes and matching buyers with the ideal home at the lowest price and best terms. Natalia looks forward to growing her field of clients, and particularly repeat customers that feel like family.
More than anything, Natalia is so pleased to have found a home at The Dunn Team (partnered with the Coldwell Banker Realty), where the team guides home buyers and sellers with compromise, a wealth of knowledge, honesty, loyalty, and commitment. Outside of work, she loves to work out, read, spend time with her family and dog, work with kids, and is also a BeautyCounter devotee.
