Working with sellers often involves coordinating the sale of their home simultaneously with a new purchase. Whether a town away or out of state it’s helping them understand that it’s OK to let go of their things when downsizing because it’s the memories that they take with them. When working on the sale of an estate often the families are out of the area and struggling with their loss. Managing the sale of the property while giving them peace of mind, is where my team and I come in.
