A native of the state of Louisiana, Melinda had an opportunity to experience different cultures up close and personal growing up in England and Argentina. During a visit to Colorado in the ’80s, her family fell in love with the area and have made it their permanent home.
In 2002, Melinda brought her diverse background and entrepreneurial skills to the real estate business as a new home sales professional in Stapleton. From the beginning, Melinda seized her opportunity to nurture the brand new development from blueprints and dirt into a vibrant and diverse community, and she and her husband became early settlers there in 2003.
Looking to broaden her horizons, she became a real estate professional and helped happy buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals in the Denver metro area. A Certified Negotiation Expert, with a wealth of knowledge in construction, Melinda takes pride in offering a true “concierge” real estate experience to all of her clients and works to exceed their expectations.
