Welcome to Colorado! I fulfilled my dream of moving to Colorado several years ago and I understand what you are now experiencing.

I understand the importance of properly preparing your house before listing it. (I sold my home during the housing crisis just one day after it hit the MLS.) I also understand how frustrating a house search can be, and that persistence is essential to finding that perfect home. (It took me 3 years to find my dream home!)
My engineering background enhances my ability to creatively solve problems and tenaciously focus on all the transaction details.
I am active in my local community. I serve in a leadership position in my church group. Additionally, I sponsored a conference for therapists and teachers to bring a new therapy to the Boulder/Denver area to benefit people of all ages.
