Prior to becoming a full-time real estate agent 14 years ago, I ran an architectural practice in New York City and Larchmont. I am still a Licensed Architect. My real estate and architectural expertise allows me to quickly understand my clients' needs and be their advocate. My familiarity with design and construction assists buyers in seeing the possibilities and understanding their associated costs. My expertise helps sellers price their home properly and get their house ready for sale In addition, I am an excellent negotiator. For buyers, my expertise in understanding your real estate wishes, finding the right property for you, and negotiating the deal is unparalleled. For my sellers, I will find the right buyer for you, and try to make the process both timely, profitable and painless. I am a graduate of Cornell University Architecture School and Mamaroneck High School. I lived in Mexico City for three years and am fluent in Spanish. I have been deeply involved in the local school system, where I volunteered in the College Information Center, was the parent representative to the Mamaroneck School District Building Committee and was a member of the MHS Planning Council. Both of my children attended Mamaroneck High School, Hommocks Middle School and Chatsworth and Murray Avenue Elementary Schools. I now live locally in New Rochelle. Languages: English, Spanish
