After 27 years in the car business as a salesman, sales manager, and owner, Mark was willing to relocate from Northern California to South Carolina so his wife, Pam, could have her Beloved Horses at home. In 2001 Mark joined Pam in her real estate business and in 2002 they opened Laissez-Faire Properties in Downtown Aiken. In 2006, Laissez-Faire became a Sothebys Franchise. In May 2014, in order to concentrate on the part of the business they enjoy the most, SALES, Mark and Pam merged with RE/MAX Collection, Tattersall Group. Without the time required to manage and run a successful Real Estate office, Marks sales and listings increased and he enjoys giving the 24/7, top of the line service to all of his clients.
By joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, he looks forward to increasing his ability to provide his clients state of the art marketing, doubled internet exposure, and great cooperative support from the many talented agents and staff. Marks professional sales ability, management skills, and personality have taken him to the top of the Real Estate profession. In 2007, he was the President of the Aiken Board of Realtors and has been a perennial Top Sales producer and is currently Vice President of the Aiken Board of Realtors.
Mark also started working with owners of large tracts of land, helping them develop new equestrian communities, small subdivisions, and designing build packages on lots for sale. This service has been particularly successful during the downturn in land sales and is currently producing great results.
