I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. I was head of marketing for Alpha Rho Epsilon our Real Estate fraternity, an active member and student leader of the real estate round table, and an intern for an international real estate development firm. I did 3 internships abroad as a marketing, financial feasibility analyst, as well as a site coordinator for Federal Development in Bulgaria and Paris, and Habitat for Humanity in Guatemala.
Due to the market recession in 2008-2009, I was not able to continue down the path of real estate as a career so I began working for Duke Energy as a Customer Service Team Lead, where I was responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of accounts.
In 2011 I became a Sales and Marketing Analyst for Duke Energy, and continued down a successful path of data analysis in the area of energy sales and marketing. I was responsible for the development and use of three-year financial models used to analyze “what if” scenarios within the Midwest capacity energy market.
Also in 2011 I began investing in Real Estate part-time, Wholesaling, Short-Selling, Retailing. Rehabbing, and Land-Lording residential real estate. For the last 6 years I have amplified my skills in the areas of contracts, title search, home purchase negations, distressed property and foreclosure analysis, estimating rehab cost and the buying and selling of real estate. I have also developed skills in estimating, procurement, administration, internal project coordination, and Buildertrend administration within the Construction and Building side of residential housing.
I believe my skills within the corporate world of finance, customer service, utilities, data analysis, and marketing all coupled with my understanding of residential real estate, my passion, drive and love of people make me a great Realtor.
