Originally from St. Louis, MO I am a graduate of Southern Illinois University. My family consists of my beautiful wife Kathryn, and children Jared 20 (who is in the marines), Emma 18, Evan 12 and Luke 5. In 2007, we decided to relocate to sunny South Carolina and never looked back. I have spent approaching 20 years in industry with experience in finance, manufacturing, logistics and sales. A few years ago my family and I decided to take on the project of a lifetime and we built our dream home on acreage near Lake Murray. After completion of this project it was obvious that I was very interested in the business of real estate. Finally, my family and I took a leap of faith and decided to venture into the business full time.
