Who I am....
I have been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado since 1999 and a Realtor member of the South Metro Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors since that time. I earned my Graduate Realtor (GRI) designation my first year as a Realtor and went on to achieve the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation as well. I am also a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP). After three successful years in the real estate business at the broker/sales level, I was asked to be an assistant manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, at the Aurora location, which includes 120 agents. In 2005 I was elected to the position of President-Elect of the Aurora Association of Realtors and in 2006 became the President of the Aurora Association of Realtors. After 2006....I decided to take a step back from management and presidency to focus on my passion.... residential customers and clients!
Prior to my Real Estate career, I worked for a custom home builder in the Castle Pines area and also worked as a project manager for a large subcontractor, specializing in architectural woodwork. Some of my more notable projects were:
