Keith “Doc” Bellamy, is an enthusiastic realtor. He couples his love for real estate with his deep passion for education. Serving as an educator on multiple levels, he is experienced to teach individuals of all ages. Prior to becoming a realtor, Doc worked in the Essex County Educational System for approximately 16 years. Doc received his BA from Montclair State University in Justice Studies, his Master’s degree from Kean University in Public Administration, and soon to obtain his Doctorate degree of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Doc started his years of employment in education as an early child hood teacher in a daycare center in Newark New Jersey, and afterwards taught in East Orange, Montclair, and Jersey City. Priding himself on the importance of social media and/or digital marketing tools, Doc understands how each of these tools can be used to assist with the selling, renting, purchasing, leasing and/or investing.
Doc is constantly taking courses that will promote his growth as a Realtor and aspires to become an educational instructor for real estate. He is always in teacher mode, and always willing to teach someone something they know or wants to learn more about. Whether you are seeking to learn or strengthen your knowledge about any real estate transaction, Doc is the person to see. He will educate you to the best of his ability. Though he is more experienced with the Essex County population, please do not let that scare you.
