About Kathy Falbo
I started investing in real estate 32 years ago. I got my Real Estate license in 2004 after spending 5 years as an on site salesperson for 2 new home builders. As a Colorado native my expertise is in investments, new home sales, residential purchases and sales. I also specialize in multi-family properties. I listen to my clients, what they want and need is my first priority. I give Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Military-active and veterans, Health care workers and EMS and Teachers rebates at closing when they buy or sell a home. I admire and respect our brave front line workers and know life wouldn't be as good as it is right now without them.
