As Chief Operating Officer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, Westchester, New York & Hudson Valley Properties, Kathryn Redican spearheads network-wide financial and performance growth initiatives, oversees enhanced corporate strategy, and implements important communications directives for the brokerage’s more than 2,200 real estate associates throughout the Northeast.
Kathryn joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2014 and has been instrumental in the development and success of its marketing and communications arm, expanding the brokerage’s reach and subsequent visibility throughout the Northeast. She has held several leadership roles with the company, among them Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, where she managed all marketing and communications directives for the Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island offices. Most recently she served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing the brokerage’s marketing and education departments, as well as its new development division. Before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Kathryn spent more than eight years branding and selling luxury residential properties in New York City for Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and the LeFrak Organization.
RISMedia has named Kathryn a “Real Estate Newsmaker” twice in the “Futurists” category, which spotlights real estate professionals who are focused on growth and adaptability to achieve new successes, profits and support.
She is a recipient of the Harford Business Journal’s Women in Business Award, which recognizes a select group of 25 women who are making a significant difference within their organization, and the community as a whole. She has also been recognized on the publication’s “40 Under Forty” list.
Kathryn holds a B.A. in International Political Economy from Fordham University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Connecticut and New York. A Connecticut native, she currently resides in Cheshire with her husband, son and daughter.
