Born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine, Julie Itskovska could not imagine living in the Carolinas. However, ten years ago when she moved to Charlotte, NC with her family, she knew right away that she found her second home. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with Master of Business Administration in Hospitality, Julie always finds pleasure in helping people. Julie’s vast experience in hotel sales varies widely from organizing and executing unforgettable weddings to assisting families with finding long-term hotel accommodations during relocation or natural disasters. These experiences give her a thorough understanding and knowledge of how important milestones such as purchasing a new home can be, how crucial deadlines are, and how to alleviate stress from her clients throughout the process.
Hard-working, savvy, and results driven, Julie is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service through taking a personal approach to each client’s need. In her free time Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include paddle boarding on Lake Norman, exploring new restaurants around the greater Charlotte area, working on her salsa dancing skills, and reading a good book with a glass of red.
