Josh Clifton - Realtor

Josh moved to the Austin area in 1996 where he attended Texas State University and obtained his degree in Biology and Environmental Studies. During his time as an Interpretative Ranger in Big Bend National Park and a Natural Resource Manager in the San Juan Wilderness of Colorado, he developed a passion conservation and sustainability. After returning to Austin he received his Massage Therapy license and he mastered the art of customer service. Josh enjoys making a personal connection with each of his clients and helping them navigate every step along the way. He is passionate about real estate and takes a caring and compassionate approach with his clients throughout the buying and selling process. His knowledge of the , real estate trends, and continued education in real estate help him to better provide the best advice possible in a swiftly moving to ensure that every transaction goes as smoothly as possible. Josh is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors, Real Estate Council of Austin, and the Downtown Austin Neighborhood Association. He is a proud resident of South Austin and has an affinity the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. He specializes in residential real estate sales in Central, South, and West Austin, however, he is knowledgeable of and has sold homes all over the Austin area. Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and 11-year-old daughter and volunteering time with the Green Corn Project- feeding Austin one garden at a time.
