I am a full time licensed Realtor serving all of Somerset, Middlesex and Hunterdon Counties since 1995. I am honored to have received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award! A great honor. This year I received the RE/MAX platinum sales award, (past years 2009-2021). I had been inducted into RE/MAX Hall of Fame. NJ Monthly Magazine's"Five Star Real Estate Agent" for the past 12 years excelling in customer satisfaction. I have received the New Jersey Association of Realtor's Circle of Excellence Award for more than 25 years, (1996-2021) closing over $201 million dollars in sales. In 2019, I received the ABR designation as a Accredited Buyer Representative Specialist. I also have the CNA designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert. In 2011, the CNE designation as a Certified Negotiation Specialist. In 2008, the CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert, designation, helping people who are in financial difficulty make the right decision. I have a system in place to do short sales and help clients avoid foreclosure when possible and necessary. I am also certified as a SRES, Senior Real Estate specialist, helping our Seniors with their home decisions.
