Owner Broker ALC with over 25 years experience with Farm ,Ranch, Commercial and residential development. Land has been good to me both personally and professionally. I grew up on a farm in South Texas and worked closely with my father who made his living raising cattle and growing cotton and maze. I learned how to work equipment and the aspects involved in producing a successful crop. For the past 30 years, my wife and I have bought and sold properties with land. We have made improvements and then resold for a profit. On our hobby farm, we raise miniature mules and goats and really enjoy the space and privacy that land affords. I have worked with buyer and seller clients in land transactions of all sizes. In my real estate career, it has been rewarding to work with both novice and more savvy land buyers. However, it has been apparent that the majority of land buyers need and want an experienced land Broker.
