Bethany Weigl is a Native Austinite, a Licensed Texas Architect, and a Licensed Texas Realtor. She has skillfully completed hundreds of real estate, commercial architecture, land development, and interior design projects throughout the State of Texas. Bethany is also the owner of her own architecture firm, Native Architecture, PLLC, and the current owner of an ornamental ironworks business, Weigl Iron Works, creating architectural details, railings, gates, & furniture from forged steel.
After graduating from Texas A&M University, Bethany spent over a decade working as a Project Manager & Associate Shareholder in several of the city’s most prominent commercial architectural firms and obtained her license as a Registered Texas Architect. She has lead multi-million dollar construction/development projects and applies her business experience to her real estate projects. Bethany has helped countless clients invest in & renovate construction projects, or conversely, move out of the city & start their own new ranches, guiding clients about land use, cattle production, pasture improvement, & native game animals. She skillfully markets land sales with added value such as developmental feasibility studies & optimization of lot layout potentials.
Bethany is mom to a vibrant son Briscoe, an active volunteer with multiple philanthropic organizations in the community, a cattle rancher, a half-marathon runner, and a life-long South Texas game hunter. She is also proud to live & work in several communities, sharing time living, working, & ranching in Fredericksburg, Austin, Bastrop, Carrizo Springs, & the Texas Coast.
Bethany is prepared to assist clients with Commercial, Residential, Leasing, & Farm and Ranch investment projects from the Texas Hill Country to the Gulf Coast Region.
