Hello! I started in Real Estate in 1980 and have been very involved with both Commercial & Residential. I was the #1 Top Producer in my office 1984 my 4th year in the business as a part-timer (Teaching Psychology, Child Development & starting the 1st Special Education class at Santa Monica College). In 1985 I opened a Commercial Real Estate company. I was the VP/Regional Manager for Fred Sands Realtors (overseeing the Commercial, New Housing & Relocation Division and starting the Pacific Rim Division). I was a Branch Manager for many years, winning the Manager of the Year award. Selected as the SR. V.P./Regional Manager for Coldwell Banker (started their Property Management Division in Greater L.A.). I have had the opportunity to experience many facets of the business that enables me to provide outstanding, quality service to my clients.
