I work in full partnership with Dick Holt, and together we do business as the Holt-Woodward Team.Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, I founded and was President of Syspro Corporation. I oversaw sales & marketing of Syspro's CRM software products, and acted as client manager of the consulting division. I left Syspro in 1999 to join internet grocer Webvan Group as a senior internal management consultant. My 30 years of experience with sales & marketing, promotions, client relations, deal negotiation, conflict resolution, and technology have contributed very positively to my success in real estate sales.
