Our Team is small by design... we like it that way, and we think you do too. But we're driven by big ideas, and the big mission to add value to our clients' experience at every opportunity. We live here, we raise our families here, and our collective experiences here inform everything we do. We offer boutique, client-centric services, and deliver in a dynamic way. There's not much Francesca hasn't done since arriving in Philly way back in '84. To say her background is varied would be an understatement. In no particular order, she is a UPenn-trained architect who developed product at Anthropologie when their store count was 'three', she personally brought us Caribou Cafe ('92) and Cibucan ('99) way before the restaurant business was 'cool', and ultimately, found her calling in real estate in '06. Since then, she's overseen developer sales for some of the highest-profile condominium projects in town, managed relocation for many of the region's biggest employers, acquired property all over the City for personal investment, and consistently been a Top Producing agent every step of the way. She lives in Wynnewood with husband Stephen, kids Sofia, Sebastian, and Joaquin and a rotating cast of extended family from Puerto Rico and/or Northern Ireland.
