Eric Hernandez graduated with a BS in Business
Administration and a focus on Finance, Accounting and . He spent
several years in the finance industry helping small and high-risk businesses
obtain funding. During that time Eric became interested in real estate
investment, and after purchasing his first investment property, decided to get
his real estate license. Eric began practicing real estate as a full-time
career in 2004. He is currently licensed in Virginia, DC, and Maryland, and
holds licenses in DC and Virginia. After serving as Principal to
Keller Williams Arlington office of nearly 300 , Eric decided he most
enjoyed working directly with individual home buyers, sellers
investors. With his extensive knowledge of the local real estate market
and real estate contracts, he is committed to providing all of my clients
with stress-free real estate transactions.
Eric has been in Washingtonian Magazine
as a Top Producer for the past 8 years. He was awarded a 5-Star Honor
Washington Post, and is as a Top Agent in Northern Virginia for the past
7 years.
When he is not working, Eric enjoys exploring cuisines of
other cultures and trying new restaurants. He loves to entertain and is known
to host Superbowl parties, barbecues, and dinner parties for his family
friends. Skiing, Snowboarding, golfing,
fishing and boating are some of his hobbies he enjoys to partake in. He also volunteers at the Autism Society of
Northern VA and has been part of his local Homeowners Association, Condo
Association and Neighborhood Civic Association
He currently lives in Annandale, Virginia with
his wife and son. After living for several years in a condo, they moved to a
single-family home in their current neighborhood. It took time, but they
believe they have found the perfect home and neighborhood to raise their son.
