Choosing to become a non-competing manager after more than 20 years as an agent and assistant manager was a big decision for Emily because of her love for her many clients. As the assistant manager of the Chesterfield/Wildwood office she enjoyed being a mentor and educator to countless agents over the years. Emily says, “I find it very rewarding to instruct and lead agents in their real estate careers and I decided to focus on that full time as Branch Manager.”

As an experienced agent who knows what it’s like to be in the field servicing clients and a skilled mentor and educator, Emily brings a unique perspective to the manager role. “I believe the best agents in our industry are the ones that are educated in every step of a real estate transaction.” Emily accomplishes this through coaching sessions, office workshops and weekly tips on best practices.
