Being new to the business can make it trick and hard to get the ball rolling. I have a great mentor and many other to make the process go smooth and easy for the consumer. Competition as well as scarcity of properties are always an issue but, there will always be a way to battle through those times and get the job done. One thing I like to do is surround myself with people that are the best at what they do and I believe that the group of people I have around myself are the best and will do what it takes to be the best. Even though I am new I will always put the customer first, strive to be the best and make the customer happy.
