Horace has spent over 30 years learning everything there is to know about the real estate industry. My interest in real estate began in 1988 approximately 15 years into my career as a full time Bus driver for the MTA of New York City. he was young and fascinated with the prospects of owning his own home and figured what better way to realize that dream than getting a birds eye view from inside the industry itself. Horace passed the exam the first time around but soon learned that being successful in real estate would require more than just being licensed it took training and perseverance. Fortunately, he found a good broker and was mentored by some of the top real estate trainers in the industry. He was eventually awarded top listing and selling agent in my office – from 1989 to 1990. After earning my degree in Para-legal studies from Queens College in NYC, he relocated to North Carolina to explore my passion for real estate there. Along the way Horace finished his undergrad at UNC Chapel Hill in anthropology and his Masters in Education at UNC Pembroke. Currently he is proud to be affiliated with Remax here in Durham NC where he intends to share his experience and professional expertise with the Remax One Hundred family! Horace loves travel, photography, and everything salt water aquariums!
