I have been working in real estate since 2006. Before starting a career in the real estate profession, I was working with my husband in the construction field. This gave me a lot of experience in dealing with sub-contractors, choosing materials and the steps from digging a footing to the final walk through. These skills can come into play when helping someone in the process of getting a property ready to list for sale or in choosing a new or existing home to purchase.
