Deanna was born and raised in Fresno and came to Palo Alto in 1955 upon entering Stanford University.  She fell in love with the area and decided to make it her home.  She became a single parent and full-time professional REALTOR® in the year of 1976. Though the market has been volatile, she has managed to weather it's many storms and remains a consistent producer.  Deanna believes in continuing education and received her broker’s license in 1982, renewing every four years.  She has been happily married to Dr. William Tarr since 1989.   Deanna is an experienced negotiator and has sold homes from Los Altos to Hillsborough, specializing in Portola Valley, Woodside, Atherton, Menlo Park, and Palo Alto.  She has resided in the Ladera, Portola Valley, and Menlo Park communities.    Deanna is a dedicated professional committed to excellence.
