DONNA CARTWRIGHT is a REALTOR® Associate with Re/Max Estate Properties in Palos Verdes Estates and a Palos Verdes Peninsula native. She is a Certified “Palos Verdes Specialist” (PVS) and Certified “First-Time Home Buyer Specialist” (FTBS) and represents her clients in the acquisitions and dispositions of luxury real estate on the Palos Verdes Peninsula & throughout the South Bay beach cities. Licensed since 2004, Donna started her professional real estate career with Keller Williams Realty West where she was a Top Producer. In 2009 Donna earned her broker’s license and worked as a broker associate for First Manhattan Realtors in Manhattan Beach. In 2016, Donna was the Office Administrator at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) in Malaga Cove Plaza in Palos Verdes Estates. Having quickly learned most everything about the back-end of real estate transactions, Donna soon realized that she missed working with her real estate clients directly, and re-activated her license in 2017 - and joined RE/Max Estate Properties. Donna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Major in Accounting, earned from the University of San Diego (USD). Her love and application of numbers have been an asset in all her business endeavors. As an auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) under the Department of Defense (DoD), Donna spent her early post college years auditing multi-billion-dollar contracts and price proposals, where her audit opinions & findings were a vital source of support in negotiations with companies, such as; Rand Corp., Teledyne Inc., Teledyne Controls, R&D Associates, to name a few. In her dual role as an internal auditor & marketing liaison for her family-owned, multimillion-dollar, 1,900-employee DirecTV Sales & Installation company, Donna’s analysis and findings were vital to contract negotiations and her flare for marketing, design & decorating were utilized for the marketing & design of their retail storefronts & grand openings.
