David Leahy is a professional realtor with 23+ years experience listing and selling single family houses, townhomes, condos, as well as new construction and adult communities.
David’s areas of expertise include the towns of Hillsborough, Franklin Twp., Montgomery Twp., Bridgewater, Somerville, Manville, Raritan Boro, Branchburg, Readington Twp., Raritan Twp., Piscataway, North Brunswick, South Brunswick, East Brunswick, South River, Old Bridge, Helmetta and other towns throughout Central NJ.
In addition, David has listed and sold homes outside of Central NJ areas such as in Hazlet, Middletown, LBI, Titusville (near Washington’s Crossing on the Delaware River) Hopewell Twp., Hope, South Plainfield , Dunellen and Edison.
As a member of NJAR-New Jersey Association of Realtors, NAR- National Association of Realtors, David is a professional Realtor held to higher standards through ongoing education, and he is also a Member of the GSMLS-Garden State Multiple Listing system and CNJR -the Middlesex Multiple Listing System.
A graduate of Franklin High School , David attended Somerset County College (now Raritan Valley CC), DeVry University and also completed the following Sales courses and seminars: Dale Carnegie Sales, Tom Hopkins Sales, Floyd Wickman Sales, and received his initial real estate training with C21 Worden & Green, Hillsborough, NJ.
Aside from his real estate training, David successfully completed CEC courses in the Packaging Industry as well as attending Company Plastics seminars at various NJ manufacturers when he was Vice President of HFL Package Processing Company from 1978-1995, a family-owned business. During that time, he was a member of CIBS-Cosmetic Industry, Buyers and Suppliers Club and BIMS-Buyers, Importers, Manufacturers and Suppliers Club.
