As a longtime resident of San Diego, David is well involved with the local lifestyle, amenities, and offerings. He earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University before launching his career working alongside the nation's top industry leader in real estate coaching and training.
Armed with a keen understanding of the San Diego market and extensive knowledge of sales and marketing, David’s strategic approach enables him to assist his clients in every aspect of buying and selling. Having lived in San Diego, Rancho Bernardo, Del Mar, Encinitas, and Carlsbad, he has firsthand knowledge of the diverse cities and neighborhoods of Greater San Diego. With a knack for negotiation, refining the evolving needs of a diverse clientele, and formulating specific strategies to exceed his clients’ expectations.
When David’s not serving his clients in real estate, he is a sports car enthusiast and an avid follower of Formula 1. On Saturday’s you can find him in Rancho Santa Fe for Cars and Coffee. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and black lab, running after his daughter at Moonlight Beach, Laker’s games, and is an advocate of several charitable organizations in his community.
