Danielle has handled residential properties on both sides of the Hudson River, as she holds real estate licenses in both New York and New Jersey. She specializes in luxury homes and investment properties, with a focus on sales and rentals throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Besides her strong market knowledge, her strengths lie in her creativity, tenacity, and innate sales and marketing savvy. Danielle can easily relate to any type of group or personality, has an unstoppable work ethic, and prides herself on honesty, which leads to long-lasting relationships. She is known for always going above and beyond what her clients are used to, in order to make the real estate process seamless. Having spent many years in service, it’s no wonder Danielle is so reputable and dedicated. Whether it was serving her country, community, and now, her clients, her experiences taught her the discipline and forward-thinking to facilitate the best results. Born and raised Newark, NJ, Danielle grew up in the NYC area and has developed an extensive network. She is a 10-year military veteran and served as a police officer for the City of Atlanta PD before returning to the northeast. Danielle subsequently pursued a Finance degree at Rutgers Business School and embraced an exciting career in real estate. Her expertise includes placing people who relocate using military aid, the GI Bill, and VA loans. Danielle believes deeply in real estate as an asset and personally owns three investment properties in Newark, just outside of downtown Manhattan. For fun, she enjoys outdoor activities, and is a bit of an action fanatic who loves skydiving, jet skiing, and any sport with a ball and a team!
