Dana Rothman is thrilled to have joined The Nancy Batchelor Team. A real estate attorney and Miami-native, Dana brings a unique perspective to Nancy’s award-winning ‘Dream Team’. With deep roots in the community, Dana’s family has lived in Miami for more than seventy-five years. Her passion for real estate in Miami stems from the fact that she witnessed the city develop and flourish into the haven it is today.
Dana attended The Hillel Community Day School and went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The George Washington University. After college she returned home to Miami and graduated from The University of Miami School of Law. As a young attorney, Dana served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County where she prosecuted criminal cases and advocated for justice on behalf of hundreds of victims. Before transitioning to real estate sales, Dana practiced residential and commercial real estate law at Miami-based law firms and title companies where she handled all aspects of a real estate transaction from contract to closing. Her unique experience enables her to draft contracts, participate in and monitor the title process, work closely with title agents, mortgage brokers, attorneys and associations, as applicable, in order to facilitate and expedite the closing in a manner most beneficial to her clients.
Dana’s background and intimate knowledge of Miami coupled with her warm personality make her an ideal agent for new and seasoned clients alike. In her free time, Dana enjoys maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, traveling, trying new restaurants, meeting people and showing her clients the best that Miami has to offer.
As an Executive Board member of the Jewish Community Service (JCS) Alliance, an affiliate of the Jewish Federation of Greater Miami, Dana plans community service activities and raises money to better the lives of members of her community and Holocaust survivors.
Dana is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish and Hebrew.
