Dana Bieff has been a resident of Westchester County and a Realtor since the year
2000 when she moved with her husband Neil, children Gwyn and Atticus and their dog
Knuckles from Manhattan to Westchester’s Byram Hills School District. She remembers
well how exciting, yet a little bit frightening that experience was and is empathic and
reassuring with buyers who might feel the same.
Shortly after the move, Dana left her extensive career in luxury fashion and enrolled in
New York State Real Estate courses. She began her career in real estate as a licensed
Real Estate Agent at Vannier Real Estate in Armonk, NY and later joined Houlihan
Lawrence where she stayed for 16 years earning multiple sales awards including the
Platinum, Gold, and Silver awards for sales. Westchester Magazine named Dana a 5-
Star Agent in an independent survey for customer satisfaction.
With a nod towards the future of Real Estate, Dana recently joined Compass Real
Estate, a technology driven company. Within only 4 years Compass has risen to the #2
