Damone Richardson is a native Chicagoan whose career in real estate is a natural extension of his passion for design and interiors. In 2009, he co-founded Alpha One Studio, which is the exclusive USA agent of the Italian luxury furniture brand Flexform. He believes that your home should be one of the pillars of your well-being. As such, he is an expert at finding his clients living spaces that enhance their well-being and suit their lifestyles. Having spent more than a decade as a Human Resources executive, Damone has well-established business relationships across the Chicago area. He possesses well-honed people skills and years of experience in complex negotiations. He is able to give clients his undivided attention and is able to clearly identify his clients’ needs and help them achieve their goals. Whether they are buying or selling Damone possesses the in-depth market knowledge to help the discerning client make a property transaction that is right for them.Damone has lived in neighborhoods as diverse as Sauganash, Lincoln Park, and the West Loop, where he has resided for the last 7 years. He is a avid swimmer and snowboarder. Damone volunteers at Build Chicago and has a Bachelor's and Master's from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
